Born in 1973. Graduated from the Belarusian State University (Belarus) in 1995 with a diploma in Biology and Chemistry. Employed in PAG since 1994. In 1997 was qualified as an Intellectual Property Lawyer after graduation from the Intellectual Property Training Courses of the Belarusian Patent Office. In 1999 was admitted as a Belarusian Patent Attorney (Reg. No.0067). In 2002 was admitted as a Eurasian Patent Attorney (Reg. No. 166)
